The 3rd Ottawa Group is part of Voyageur Council of Scouts Canada. As such, our annual fees are determined in part by the fees levied by Scouts Canada on our group, which largely cover insurance and head office costs. In addition, we pay a small fee annually to our sponsor, Westminster Presbyterian Church, which we also build into our fees. The registration fee for your youth changes from year to year and we post information about the fees here.
